Terms and conditions of use radiosondy.info:

#1: The use of the Service is free of charge, as a public service, managed by one person, as his hobby, in his free time.

#2: The Service does not guarantee permanent access to the resources and does not provide guaranteed availability within a specific time range.

#3: If you decide to donate money, your time or the computing power of your devices to the Service, you are not entitled to receive additional rights and benefits from this, also including if the service becomes permanently unavailable.

#4: The Service is not open-source software and is protected by copyright, in particular the results and effects of the work involved in the analysis of the retrieved data.

#5: The automatic scraping of content from the Service's user interface for use on another site or application is not permitted, except in special cases and with the consent of the Service's owner after prior contact.

#6: The Service publishes data in real time and collects acquired telemetry information from the meteorological radiosondes and the user stations involved in their transmission. The detailed use of users station location data is described in the privacy policy below.

#7: The administrator reserves the right to disable, block or delete user data if he/she considers it to be offensive or in breach of netiquette standards.

#1: Who is the administrator of your personal data?
This Privacy Policy applies to the radiosondy.info website together with subordinate subdomains (e.g. s1.radiosondy.info)
The Privacy Policy specifies how Users' personal data necessary for the provision of services electronically through the radiosondy.info website are collected, processed and stored.

- Your user name, alias or amateur call sign (if you have one)
- Data sent inside the APRS-IS network
- HTTP protocol stream data (log of access to resources on the Service)

#4: How long will your personal data be stored?
Your personal data is processed for as long as it is justified within the given purpose of processing your personal data.
Please note that the termination of the processing of your data for one purpose (e.g. receiving notifications) does not necessarily lead to the complete deletion or destruction of all your other personal data.
The complete deletion or destruction of your data occurs when you instruct the service to delete your account with its contents.

#5: Is my personal data shared and what are my rights?
Your personal data may only be shared with entities that cooperate with the Service Administrator, e.g. with the owners of instant messaging services (in order to correctly carry out the service of sending notifications and statistics) and external mapping systems in order to implement the basic functions of the Service
The Service User has the right to: access to the content of his/her personal data, their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time by deleting personal data from his/her profile, with the exception of personal data necessary to have an account in the Service (Name, surname and e-mail address)

#6: Where does the service get your personal data from?
In most cases, you provide it yourself.
For example, this is the case when you register a user account, contact us via email and use the functionalities available on the service.

#7: Is my data safe?
The service constantly takes care of the security of your personal data.
The state of the technical infrastructure is monitored on an ongoing basis and necessary improvements are made to enhance security.

#8: Final regulations
The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the Users' rights will not be restricted.
Information about the changes made will appear in the form of an updated policy detailing the entries that have changed (status before and after the changes).
